• VCDYNAMIX primarily charges support and service fees. Hardware and third-party items are sourced at actual vendor prices and are not marked up unless explicitly stated.

Scope of Services

Our services may include:

• Project development support (hardware, software, or combined)

• Electronics and coding troubleshooting

• Hardware requirement analysis and vendor sourcing

• Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation and vendor comparison

• Web and software development services

• Educational consultations, training programs, and documentation support

• Report printing and binding services

• The exact scope is confirmed at the time of order or consultation.

Payments & Support Charges

• All support charges must be paid in advance to initiate services.

• Support charges cover professional time, technical analysis, coordination, and consultation.

• Hardware costs are separate from support charges and are communicated after requirement analysis.

• Hardware payments are made directly to vendors or separately, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Hardware Procurement Policy

• VCDYNAMIX sources hardware from trusted wholesalers, distributors, or vendors.

• We do not guarantee availability of specific components at all times.

• Vendor quotations and invoices are shared for transparency.

• In most cases, hardware is shipped directly from vendors to the client.

• VCDYNAMIX does not manufacture hardware unless explicitly mentioned.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Support charges are refundable if the service or hardware purchase is not completed.

• If the client initiates a cancellation or refund request, a cancellation fee of 10% of the paid support charges will be deducted.

• The remaining refundable amount (up to 90%) will be processed after verification.

• If services such as requirement analysis, consultation, vendor comparison, or documentation have already been delivered, VCDYNAMIX reserves the right to:

• Deduct the 10% cancellation fee, and

• Adjust the refundable amount based on work already completed.

• Hardware payments made to third-party vendors are subject to the vendor’s refund and cancellation policy and are outside the control of VCDYNAMIX .

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Delivery Timelines

Timelines are indicative and depend on workload, client responsiveness, and vendor availability.

Delays caused by third parties, logistics, or external factors are not the responsibility of VCDYNAMIX .

Priority or fast-turnaround requests may attract additional charges.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete requirements

• Respond promptly to clarifications and approvals

• Use deliverables ethically and in compliance with academic or institutional rules

• VCDYNAMIX is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete client information.

Intellectual Property

• All designs, documents, code, and materials created by VCDYNAMIX remain its intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

• Clients may use deliverables for academic, personal, or internal purposes.

• Commercial reuse or redistribution requires prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

VCDYNAMIX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We do not guarantee academic results, competition outcomes, or commercial success.

Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Confidentiality

Client information and project data are treated as confidential and shared with vendors only when required for service delivery.

Amendments

VCDYNAMIX reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting on the website.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies with courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

Disclaimer:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

• Limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
